Lazio President Claudio Lotito has refused to sell Antonio Candreva, despite rumours of a switch to Paris Saint-Germain.

The Italy international starred in the Azzurri’s 2-1 win over England last Saturday, attracting attention from some of Europe’s biggest sides.

The Ligue 1 champions are thought to be keen on the Biancocelesti man’s services, but their President has insisted that he won’t be sold.

Candreva is currently co-owned by the capital club and Udinese, but Lotito has assured that they won’t try and buy the other half of his registration to then sell the attacker on for a huge profit.

“Redeem him to then sell? No,” he told Radio 2. “Would I sell him for €100m if it meant winning the Scudetto? I’ll keep him and win it anyway.

“PSG? I haven’t heard than anywhere. And we haven’t received any offers. He’s not for sale.

“Who has ever said that Candreva is for sale?”
