Roma striker Nicolas Lopez has admitted that he may have to leave the club if he wants first-team football.
The Uruguayan forward is currently at the South American Under-20 championships in Argentina, but has claimed that once he gets back to Italy, he will have a frank discussion with the club.
“At the moment I am only thinking of getting as far as possible in the championships,” he told reporters.
“But when I get back to Italy I will meet with my agent and the club to figure out where I can go and play.
