“Everything in life has a beginning and everything has an end,” began the outspoken transfer guru, who resigned last summer after a fall-out with President Antonino Pulvirenti, only to be reinstated within days.
“After so many years we can feel that roads divide. Catania is built on a solid foundation that will see it go on, no matter who leads it.”
In light of Pantaleo Corvino’s confirmed departure from Fiorentina as sporting director this coming summer, the 57-year-old was quizzed on a potential switch to Florence.
“Would I go to Fiorentina? At the moment I have neither the heart nor the head to consider this kind of discussion. I want to end things well in Catania, then we’ll see.”
Lo Monaco has spent the day also commenting on speculation surrounding Gli Elefanti’s Coach Vincenzo Montella.
