Parma coach Fabio Liverani insists it was not easy to prepare the game with 11 players out of action as he shows his satisfaction for a home 2-2 draw against Spezia.
"The way the started the game was good, we had done better than in Udine where we lost,” Liverani told Sky Sport.
“It’s hard to work right now, we were without 11 players today.

“It’s hard to work right now, we were without 11 players today.
“[Alberto] Grassi played as a full back and it was an emergency choice. It was not easy to play against [Emmanuel] Gyasi, it’s normal but he defended and pushed well.
“Simon Sohm and Wylan Cyprien don’t know Italian yet, it takes patience.”
“It’s difficult to achieve the transformation from group to team when you can’t work with many players. Continuity is needed.”
Parma have five players out of action due to injuries while six more have caught Covid-19.
“The team spirit is a nice starting point, but I am convinced that we can become a good team when everyone will be available," Liverani insisted.
"Nobody can think of being able to defend only with defenders, we need strikers and midfielders as well. I know in Italy patience is little, but for now we take this point that moves the table a little bit.
“We hope we can recover, we want to attack with a good organization maintaining the balance.”
