“This Nazionale is a team with its own internal logic. It’s a solid group with good quality and young players,” said Lippi.
“They will do well at Euro 2016.”

Antonio Conte announced he would be stepping down after the tournament and complained at the lack of Italian regular starters in Serie A compared to a decade ago.
“Conte is a professional and sincere man, so he said what he thinks.”
Among the potential replacements suggested are Fabio Capello, Roberto Donadoni, Giampiero Ventura and Gian Piero Gasperini.
