Simone Inzaghi made the Europa League trip to Club Brugge on Thursday without 12 first team players, including Ciro Immobile, Manuel Lazzari, Luis Alberto, Thomas Strakosha and Lucas Leiva.

Many of those proved to be false positives, although the exact number of players testing positive is not officially confirmed.

We do know that Luis Alberto, Lazzari, Djavan Anderson, Gonzalo Escalante, Senad Lulic and Stefan Radu are out of action.

Immobile and Strakosha are on the bench, so Muriqi partners Joaquin Correa, bringing Andreas Pereira into midfield, moving Patric into a wider position to maintain the 3-5-2.

Torino have managed just one point in four Serie A games this season, as one was postponed due to a COVID outbreak at opponents Genoa.

There were some concerns around Karol Linetty’s fitness, but he does start, with Simone Zaza, Armando Izzo, Daniele Baselli and Vincenzo Millico injured, so Sasa Lukic takes the trequartista role.

Simone Verdi is chosen as the partner to Andrea Belotti, with Mergim Vojvoda at right-back.

Torino: Sirigu; Vojvoda, Bremer, Lyanco, Rodriguez; Meite, Rincon, Linetty; Lukic; Verdi, Belotti

Lazio: Reina; Luiz Felipe, Hoedt, Acerbi; Patric, Milinkovic-Savic, Parolo, Pereira, Fares; Correa, Muriqi
