The England Number One made a shock loan move from Manchester City to Torino and he has a point to prove, especially after Claudio Bravo’s less than impressive debut in the derby this weekend.

Hart started training with the Granata this week and, according to Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic, is already speaking some Italian with his defence.

The real problems for Toro are in attack, because Adem Ljajic and Andrea Belotti (who scored four goals in the opening two games) are injured.

Josef Martinez returned from international duty with a knock as well, but has to grit his teeth to complete the trident with Iago Falque and not 100 per cent fit either Maxi Lopez.

Danilo Avelar and Arlind Ajeti are also sidelined for the visitors, but Mirko Valdifiori gets his debut in midfield after a deadline day transfer from Napoli.

Atalanta have lost both rounds so far this season, but not for want of trying. They were only beaten 4-3 here by Lazio on the opening weekend and had gone in front away to Sampdoria before capitulating 2-1.

That was mainly because Carlos Carmona got himself sent off after 42 minutes and the midfielder is therefore suspended.

Gian Piero Gasperini also has to do without injured Boukary Dramè, but watch out for impressive midfielder Franck Kessié, who already scored three goals in his first two Serie A appearances.

Chile international Mauricio Pinilla gets a rare start flanked by Marco D’Alessandro and Alessandro ‘Papu’ Gomez.

Toro have won four of their last five meetings with Atalanta, home and away, not losing since a 2-0 defeat in Bergamo in September 2013.

There was even a 5-1 thrashing of the hosts here in September 2012.

Atalanta: Sportiello; Konko, Toloi, Masiello, Zukanovic; Kessié, Freuler, Kurtic; D'Alessandro, Pinilla, Gomez

Torino: Hart; De Silvestri, Bovo, Castan, Molinaro; Benassi, Valdifiori, Baselli; Falque, Maxi Lopez, Martinez
