According to reports in Poland, Ranieri has his sights set on Glik to strengthen the defence.
The 28-year-old is very strong in the air and known for his tough tackling, so would fit in to the Premier League.
Glik has been in Italy since 2010 at Palermo, Bari and since 2011 Toro.
