The Ducali may finally see some light at the end of the tunnel after their imminent bankruptcy saw them missing out on two Serie A games.

Beretta, speaking to the Press after today's Lega meeting, confirmed the provisions that should keep Parma afloat.

“We tasked [FIGC] President [Carlo] Tavecchio with investigating the economic requirements,” explained the League President.

“Now we're waiting for his meeting with the players to end.

“Today's agreement confirms the Lega's availability in support of Parma to continue their Serie A campaign.

“If the club is passed over to a bankruptcy administrator on March 19, we shall intervene. We'll decide how exactly to intervene along with the administrator.

“Our project is to take the necessary money from the fund that is produced when we fine the clubs. We usually employ it for solidarity projects.

“I don't think there will be any problems for the games against Atalanta and Sassuolo.”
