Lazio are reportedly challenging Bologna for the signature of Southampton forward Manolo Gabbiadini.
The Italian international joined the Saints in January of 2017, but after a good start his form has dropped off dramatically.
Gabbiadini has scored only four Premier League goals in 25 games this season, although 15 of those appearances did come from the bench.
The 26-year-old married his wife in Bologna, and his son was born in the city, so he has been linked with a move to the Rossoblu.

Today though Tuttosport is reporting that Lazio are also interested, as they look for someone to support Ciro Immobile next season.
The idea would be to take Gabbiadini on loan with an obligation to buy, possibly after a set number of appearances.
