Parma's move for Sergio Floccari has stalled because Lazio won't release the striker on a loan agreement.

The Tardini outfit want to take the forward for the 2011-12 season, but the capital side are only willing to deal on a permanent basis.

"Parma want him on loan, but Lazio, if they decide to release him, will never give him away on a temporary switch," agent Claudio Vigorelli told Radio Mana Mana.

"That's the situation as it stands today. There has been a meeting with the President, but there is nothing to report."

The transfer rumour mill has suggested that Floccari could be sent to Palermo as part of the deal that will see Mattia Cassani head in the other direction.

"I know nothing about that," the agent continued.
