Lazio are reportedly making a bid for Tottenham Hotspur full-back Danny Rose, currently on loan at Newcastle United.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Biancocelesti director Igli Tare has set his sights on Rose as a potential reinforcement for next season.

He plays on the left side of defence, but can also push up into a more advanced role in Simone Inzaghi’s 3-5-2 formation.

It’s suggested Rose would be available for €5.5m, although the €3m per year salary might be an issue.
