Lucas Biglia is “irreplaceable” and Lazio will struggle to repeat their fifth-place, Serie A finish of last season, according to former boss Stefano Pioli.
Biglia ended a four-year spell with Lazio when he joined Milan earlier in July, and Pioli believes the Aquile have been severely weakened by their loss of the Argentine midfielder.
“Biglia is irreplaceable, but Simone Inzaghi has other important players,” the Fiorentina Coach told Gazzetta dello Sport.
