Cagliari striker Joaquin Larrivey has admitted that he is not certain he’ll remain at the Rossoblu next season, but claims that he will ‘do his best’ if he does.

The 27-year-old Argentine scored seven goals in 27 appearances for Cagliari last year, as well as becoming only the second player in club history to notch a hat-trick in a Coppa Italia match, following in the footsteps of legend Gigi Riva.

“Like usual I’m at the disposition of the team,” Larrivey told the club’s official website.

“I find myself very happy in the Rossoblu environment, it’s an excellent dressing room.

“Certainly, I’d like to stay but as a football player one knows very well how life is – one day playing for one team, the next day leaving for another.

“I can guarantee that as long as I remain at Cagliari, I will always give my best for this shirt.”
