Mateo Kovacic said “there is too much criticism” in Italy, but he has a good rapport with Inter Coach Roberto Mancini.

“Many players get a game wrong or don’t play well, but in Italy there is just too much criticism. I try not to think about it,” the young Croatian told Sky Sport Italia.

Kovacic has dropped down the pecking order since Mancini replaced Walter Mazzarri, but he assures it’s not an issue.

“I have a good rapport with Mancini, just as I get along with all the players.”
