The latter has been ruled out after aggravating an injury on international duty with Nigeria, but the German striker will be available for the visit of the Rosanero.

“The session this morning brought good news, the full return of Miro Klose,” Stefano Salvatori informed Lazio Style Radio.

“We had a few doubts about him, there was a slight slowdown for pain felt on Tuesday, so we decided to let him work separately.

“He’s available for us on Sunday. Yesterday Onazi was ruled out, yet another player who has been hurt on international duty.

“Maybe these players are handled in a superficial way. Eddy told us that he had a bit of a problem before the first match [against Swaziland].

“The game was important, and he made himself available, he had recovered from his thigh injury, but wasn’t ready to go out there.

“Tests have confirmed a strain, the recovery time is estimated at three weeks, but we don’t want to rush the recovery time.”
