“We are very, very close to signing Keita’s renewal,” Ulisse Savini told Radio Mana Mana.
“There are a few small things that need to be agreed, but I think a signature will be on the contract just after Easter.
“There is no problem with Lazio and negotiations have been smooth from start to finish.”
Born in Spain and raised as part of the Barcelona youth academy, Keita has been linked with an offer from Liverpool.
