Balotelli returned from international duty with a muscular problem and is out of tomorrow’s game, while he could also be at risk against Barcelona next week.
Kaka, Birsa and Silvestre return to the side after long injury lay-offs, as the Brazilian managed just one appearance before suffering a thigh strain.
Coach Massimiliano Allegri is still without Mattia De Sciglio, Giampaolo Pazzini, Daniele Bonera and Stephan El Shaarawy.
Also absent against Udinese are the suspended Philippe Mexes and Nigel De Jong.
