Earlier this year Orlando City made their interest in Kaka abundantly clear, retweeting a story about the Brazilian being interested in an MLS move in future.
“We’re ready when you are, Ricky!” was the message sent out in public.
According to renewed reports coming out of America, Kaka isn’t the only Rossoneri player who has caught their attention.
Robinho could also be heading for Major League Soccer at Orlando City, who will join the MLS in March 2015.
Kaka is good friends with Orlando’s Brazilian majority owner Flavio Augusto da Silva.
It was confirmed by Milan that there is a clause in Kaka’s contract allowing him to walk away this summer if they failed to qualify for the Champions League.
The Rossoneri have in fact missed out on Europe altogether, finishing eighth in Serie A, which could prompt Kaka and Robinho to leave.
However, so far Kaka has stated in public he is likely to remain at San Siro for another season.
