Miralem Pjanic says Juventus want to “win everything” this season, and discusses sharing free-kick duties with Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Bosnian scored a stunning volley to open the scoring against Lazio at the weekend, and he spoke to the club’s official television channel this afternoon.

“It wasn’t a simple goal,” Panic reflected.

“The ball was high, but I managed to put it where I wanted. You need to have co-ordination, even if technique is important.

“It wasn’t a simple goal,” Panic reflected.

“The ball was high, but I managed to put it where I wanted. You need to have co-ordination, even if technique is important.

“I’ve improved a lot compared to recent years, that’s what I wanted to do and I’ve succeeded.

“I want to keep winning and bring home even more important trophies. We have big objectives, Juventus want to win everything.

“We have to be united and do our best. Right now we’re just thinking about winning, but soon we’ll be back to having fun on the pitch too.”

Pjanic is a free-kick specialist, but he faces even more competition this season with the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo.

“Paulo Dybala and I used to have free-kick competitions, now Cristiano Ronaldo has been added and he kicks them very well.

“Ronaldo will give us so much, we’re happy that he’s here. In recent years he’s proved he’s the best in the world.”
