There are concerns from the France camp that Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot is at risk for tomorrow’s World Cup semi-final against Morocco.
It kicks off in Qatar on Wednesday at 19.00 GMT.
According to L’Equipe, both Rabiot and defender Dayot Upamecano are in doubt to start the big match, as they did not take part in today’s training session.
Injuries aren’t the problem this time around, as it appears to be cold and flu symptoms, which may have been exacerbated by the air conditioning used in the Qatar stadiums for this tournament.
They remained in the gym and did not work with their teammates in the Bleus camp.
Should Rabiot not be able to play, the Juventus midfielder would likely be replaced by Youssouf Fofana.
Rabiot has been a revelation for Les Bleus in the World Cup, starting all except one of the five matches, contributing a goal and an assist.
France have had a lot of injury problems, losing Karim Benzema before the competition kicked off and then Lucas Hernandez during the opening game.
