According to Tuttosport, Juventus are targeting Manchester United’s Patrice Evra and Nani plus Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke.

The Bianconeri are looking to reinforce over the January transfer window and director general Beppe Marotta is sending scouts to England.

Their interest in Nani has been known for over a year, but Tuttosport now suggest negotiations with Manchester United also involved his teammate Evra.

The 32-year-old French full-back’s contract expires in June and he has so far refused to sign an extension.

It would be a return to Italy for Evra, who speaks excellent Italian thanks to his teenage years spent at Marsala and Monza in the lower divisions.

The Turin-based newspaper also claims Juventus sent scouts to view Aston Villa forward Benteke in this weekend’s Premier League game against Liverpool.

He is seen as an alternative to first choice Mario Mandzukic of Bayern Munich.
