The title was one of two stripped from Juve in the original Calciopoli trial in 2006 and handed to Inter by default.

Today the Federation gave its initial verdict, ruling that there was not enough evidence to open an investigation, especially considering how long ago the incidents were.
It is not a final ruling, as that will come on July 18, but certainly appears to tip the scale in Inter's favour.
“I haven't read the ruling yet, so I cannot comment, but it does seem to be positive for us,” said President Massimo Moratti.
