However, with his team on the verge of qualifying for the Champions League for the second season running, he’s committed his future to the Stadio Friuli outfit.
“As I’ve said on occasions in the past, I want to end my Italian career here in Udine,” the former Parma boss noted.
“If the club believe that it is the best decision to keep me then I will stay and then I’d like another experience abroad,” added the ex-Monaco Coach.
“I don’t think I would accept a switch to Spain though, given that certain mechanisms of their game are too similar to here in Italy.”
Guidolin is contracted to the Bianconeri until June 2015.
