"They say that Inter have lost their invincibility, that the rock solid defence of old is now our weak spot," the South American told Inter Channel.

"However, I have great faith in my own ability and in the ability of my teammates who play in defence.

"I have confidence in whoever plays in front of me, but you go through different moments in football. Now it's up to us to show how strong we are."
