Betis have been promoted to La Liga for the forthcoming season, and it’s believed Joaquin has agreed in principle on a three-year contract.

“It’s very difficult to continue in Florence,” EstadioDeportivo quotes the winger as telling Viola fans.

“Betis? It all depends on the negotiations between the clubs. It could be a good solution for everyone.”

However, the website believes Fiorentina are not keen to sell the Spaniard, who has another year on his contract, with the option of an extension if he plays 15 Serie A games.
