Italy will play a prestigious friendly against France on June 1, 2018 at the Allianz Riviera in Nice.

The appointment was announced by the two Federations as a warm-up for Les Bleus at the World Cup.

The Azzurri failed to qualify for the tournament for the first time since 1958 and are still without a Coach, having fired Giampiero Ventura.

This will be Italy’s third match played in Nice after a 2-2 friendly against Austria in August 2008 and the 3-0 victory over Uruguay on June 7, 2017.
