Eintracht Frankfurt will adopt a ‘rather defensive’ approach against Inter on Thursday, their assistant Coach Christian Peintinger has claimed.
Frankfurt failed to make home advantage count last week, drawing 0-0 in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 tie with Inter, and they will be without Coach Adi Hutter, who must serve a touchline ban at San Siro.
“I’ve been working for this team for years, so I know exactly what to do,” Peintinger said at a Press conference.

“I’ve been working for this team for years, so I know exactly what to do,” Peintinger said at a Press conference.
“I have a job to do in this game, but it’s not so different to what I usually do. The team always come first, not individuals. That also goes for Coaches.
“The 0-0 wasn’t the result we were hoping for. We didn’t manage to score, but we have a chance.
“What matters isn’t what isn’t there but rather the game we have in front of us. Inter’s absences don’t change anything for us.
“We’ve studied Inter well and we know what to do against them. I repeat, we can’t talk to Adi [Hutter] during the match, but we’ll certainly have worked on everything we needed to.
“We’ll play in a rather defensive manner. We’ll work like we usually do, even without Hutter.
“We can’t talk to him half an hour before the match, but we’ll have all our consultants to help us prepare as best we can.”
