The newspaper believes the player would want a four-year deal and the Nerazzurri have freed up some of their wage bill after Zdravko Kuzmanovic completed a move to Basel yesterday.
Inter would reportedly be willing to offer a deal worth around €2.3m per year and could consider offering a player as part of a potential bid.
However, the outlet believes that much will depend on whether or not Atleti will be willing to accept the formula of an initial loan with deferred payment for a full transfer.
