The report says that Lotito could be willing to let the midfielder leave if an agreement can’t be found for the renewal of his contract, which currently expires in 2018.

The newspaper says that there will be a meeting between the 30-year-old and the capital club to discuss a new deal.

Biglia has scored four goals and provided three assists in 22 appearances for Lazio this season.
