There are growing reports Inter will target Nemanja Matic from Manchester United in the January transfer window.

The 31-year-old Serbia international worked with Antonio Conte at Chelsea and has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford.

His contract is due to expire at the end of the season, although there is an option to increase for one more year.

According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, Inter are preparing a three-year contract worth €5m per season.

However, it would only be feasible if Manchester United accepted a very small fee to release Matic in January.

This would be the third deal done with the Premier League club in a few months after Romelu Lukaku and the Alexis Sanchez loan.
