Andrea Pinamonti should become a Genoa player this weekend after Inter agreed to sell the striker for a reported €18m plus bonuses.

Gianluca Di Marzio, Fabrizio Romano and Calciomercato.com all report the deal is done and that Pinamonti will undergo a medical with Genoa by Saturday.

The only sticking point for the sources is the fee, with the Sky Sport Italia journalists pointing to €18m plus bonuses and CM going with €16m plus bonuses.

However, they all agree the deal includes a gentleman’s agreement for the 20-year-old to possibly return to Inter next summer.

Tuttomercatoweb, meanwhile, has since put out that he will take home a salary of around as much as €2m.

Pinamonti scored five goals in 27 Serie A appearances for relegated Frosinone last season and recently netted four times at the U-20 World Cup as Italy reached the semi-finals.
