The Nerazzurri tried to get a deal done last summer, but this year the Lupi may be open to selling.

The capital club must meet their Financial Fair Play obligations by June 30, and Nainggolan would bring in a significant fee.

At the age of 30, it may well be an ideal time for the Giallorossi to cash in.

However, Inter also have FFP targets to meet by June 30.

The newspaper believes that Nainggolan also has an offer from Fabio Cannavaro’s Guangzhou Evergrande, who are offering €30m as a transfer fee and €12m in wages.
