Inter are reportedly offering Paris Saint-Germain €5m to take Javier Pastore on loan, and they’d pay his salary too.

The Nerazzurri have been trying to sign the Argentinian midfielder this month, but they can only do a loan deal which his agent says is not possible.

However, PSG Coach Unai Emery has admitted the former Palermo man could leave, and Flaco himself said last night “I don’t know if I’ll stay” after the win over Rennes in the Coupe de la Lige.

This morning’s Corriere dello Sport states that the Beneamata will keep pushing right up until the deadline, with their latest offer a €5m loan with €25m option to buy.

In addition, Inter would take on 100 per cent of Pastore’s salary for the rest of the season, adding €5m to the cost of the deal.

It remains to be seen whether owners Suning Group will sanction that, however, as they look to comply with Financial Fair Play.
