According to Catalan newspaper Sport, Inter have dived into the race for Mata with an offer of €15m.

The Nerazzurri face tough competition from Juventus and Arsenal, especially as the Gunners are thought to be building a proposal worth €20m.

Mata was in the Spain squad that recently won the Under-21 European Championship.
