However, the Nerazzurri responded on their official website: “FC Internazionale Milano announce they will not appeal the decision taken by Lega Serie A’s judge for the events that took place during the Inter-Napoli match 26 December 26.
“The club have instead filed a request to the FIGC and Lega to offer the possibility to girls and boys from the Nerazzurri’s Scuole Calcio and Centro Sportivo Italiano to attend the game against Sassuolo, scheduled for January 19, valid for Week 20 of Serie A, in the First Orange Tier.
“[We believe it is] an important initiative to launch a strong and clear signal against all forms of discrimination and violence.”
