Manchester United are refusing to raise their Ivan Perisic offer, hoping to take advantage of Financial Fair Play, but Inter are holding firm.

The Red Devils are keen to sign the Croatian international this summer, but have baulked at the Nerazzurri’s €50m asking price.

According to calciomercato.com, the English club are aware of the Beneamata’s need to meet FFP targets by July 1, so are refusing to raise their €30m offer.

However, while Inter won’t hold Perisic against his will, they absolutely refuse to sell him on the cheap.

The Nerazzurri have set a €50m price and will not negotiate on that, so United will have to meet it or walk away.

The former option is seen as the more likely, as it’s thought manager Jose Mourinho specifically asked for Perisic.
