Inter directors including Marco Branca have been deferred to the Disciplinary Commission for the contentious Goran Pandev transfer.
Pandev was in the middle of a law suit with Lazio trying to have his contract terminated when he signed for the Nerazzurri in January 2010 as a free agent.
Lazio have always stated the move was illegal, as their court case had not yet been completed at the time.
