Chelsea right-back Davide Zappacosta is an option for Inter, but the Nerazzurri would need to take him on loan with option to buy.

The Italy international turns 26 tomorrow and was bought for €25m from Torino last summer.

He contributed two goals and two assists in 38 competitive games for the Blues, but the changing management situation could see him move on.

Tuttosport claim that Inter have set their sights on Zappacosta, especially as he shares an agent with midfielder Matias Vecino.

Other candidates include Cristiano Piccini of Sporting CP and Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian.

However, as the cost of these operations are all at least €20m, the Nerazzurri would try to make them loans with option to buy.
