Inter and Sporting are reportedly €5m away from finding an agreement for Joao Mario.

The midfielder is believed to have agreed a deal with the Nerazzurri, but last night it was reported that the transfer had hit a snag.

However, this morning it was assured that the deal was delayed, rather than having collapsed, and Premium Sport echoes that line.

The outlet believes that a basic deal is agreed for a €10m loan, followed by a €30m obligation to buy next summer.

The sticking point is thought to be the fact that Sporting want another €5m in performance-related bonuses, but that obstacle should be surmounted in the coming days.
