Rumours suggest Inter could bring in Mohamed Salah of Chelsea on loan in the January transfer window – if Roberto Mancini accepts.
The Nerazzurri are looking to strengthen their options in attacking midfield, with Arsenal’s Lukas Podolski a confirmed target, though a fee is yet to be agreed.
The Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Beneamata are also targeting Salah, as Mancini looks to move toward a 4-2-3-1 system, for which he would need wingers.

The Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Beneamata are also targeting Salah, as Mancini looks to move toward a 4-2-3-1 system, for which he would need wingers.
However, the newspaper reports that the Coach has urged the club to hold off on a move, as he believes there may be better options out there.
The Gazzetta also believes that despite Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger branding Inter’s interest in Podolski ‘a joke’, the French tactician is merely playing hardball, as Arsenal seek a fee of €2m to loan the German.
The sports daily believes a compromise will eventually be reached, with Inter paying around €1m to bring Podolski to San Siro on an initial six-month loan.
