Inter are reportedly closing in on a €25m deal for Atletico Madrid right-back Sime Vrsajlko.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Vrsaljko’s desire to sign for Inter has forced Atleti into releasing him.
The broadcaster explains Inter are on the verge of clinching an €8m loan for the Croatian, with a €17m option to buy.
The 26-year-old joined Los Colchoneros from Sassuolo in the summer of 2016, but injuries and competition from Juanfran saw him make just 54 appearances under Diego Simeone.
