It was reported this morning that Jurgen Klopp’s side had tabled a bid of €19m to be shared between Toro and the Old Lady.

Now, it seems that a deal has been agreed between all parties. Tomorrow, Immobile will be free to briefly step away from Italy’s pre-World Cup training camp in Coverciano in order to seal his move to Germany.

The player, who has publicly spoken of his desire to be playing in the Champions League, will reportedly sign a five-year contract with Dortmund worth around €2m a year.
