Lazio striker Ciro Immobile underwent instrumental tests at the Paideia Clinic today and the Aquile are optimistic he will be back in time for the match against Inter.

The Biancocelesti striker didn’t respond to the call up from the national team’s two games in the UEFA Nations League this month, as he missed the last game against Bologna due to a physical problem.

Official: Immobile sustains muscle injury, pulls out of Italy squad

The striker carried out some tests at the Paideia Clinic today and Tuttomercatoweb claims he could be back for the match against the Nerazzurri at the Olimpico on Saturday.

Immobile sustained a muscle injury and the club confirmed he would be assessed during the international break.

The 31-year-old, who recently signed a new deal until June 2026, has scored six times and contributed two assists in his first six Serie A games this term.

But the captain was absent when Maurizio Sarri’s men lost 3-0 to Bologna on October 3, before he missed the two games against Spain and Belgium in the Nations League.
