I honestly do not know anything, my agent is dealing with it. Should I get the call I only need to sign,” Icardi has told reporters today.
“Would I be happy to extend? Yes, if my agent calls me to sign the renewal then I am definitely happy.
“When I left Sampdoria for inter I knew this was a great team, and I am happy to be here.”
Icardi was talking at Inter’s pre-match Press conference ahead of facing Qarabag in the Europa League, and was asked about the prospect of continuing his relationship in attack with Dani Osvaldo.
“To play with him is to be paired with a great striker, as is the case with Palacio.
“It is logical that we want all want to play, whilst when we are in the field we work well together. As we did against Sassuolo, for example.”
