Icardi confirms injury treatment

Inter striker Mauro Icardi has confirmed that he is receiving injury treatment in a social post.

Sport Mediaset reported earlier on Thursday that Icardi was at Inter’s training ground to undergo therapy for an ankle problem.

That was quickly dismissed by fans on social media, given the saga stemming from the striker losing his captaincy.

However he has taken to his Instagram story to show he was receiving treatment, albeit for what appears to be his knee.
