“I will soon meet the new Coach and President. I think it’s important that Cagliari have so many people in the stadium, as as it’s an extra weapon for the players to look into the stands and see it’s like a family cheering them on.”

It was announced this week the Stadio Sant’Elia will be expanded from 5,000 to 12,000 seats after a deal with the local council.

Cagliari will present their squad to the fans on Monday evening and hinted they will unveil three new players too.
