“We were in a good moment, we could have ended the championship on a high level,” he told La Gazzetta di Parma. “However, to complain about the interruption of the tournament would not be respectful of those who are currently fighting a much more important battle.

“Doctors and nurses are doing something that’s difficult to even imagine, I want to thank them. I try to respect the rules and do my part, as everyone should do.”
