Robur had been expected to go down ever since they started the season from -6 due to the betting scandal, but could be about to secure safety after a remarkable comeback.
“So far we have worked hard, but now is the time to step on the gas as we go into the final straight,” said the Coach.
“Chievo are a club I respect a great deal, as the work well and for many years have had a very organised group. We will have to do our best and make the most of all we practiced during the week in training.
“I have been saying since the start that we mustn’t look at the table and I am even more adamant of that now. We just need to focus on the work we’ve done to get here, as only by continuing like that can we even think about reaching our objective.”
