Beppe Iachini says Sassuolo are still searching for their identity ahead of the match with Crotone.
The former Udinese boss has presided over two matches since replacing the sacked Cristian Bucchi as Neroverdi Coach.
They were beaten 3-0 by Fiorentina last weekend, with the last seven days being the first full week Iachini has had to work with his new players.
“Both for the match against Bariand the one against Fiorentina, we had very little time to prepare,” the tactician said.

“Because of that, it’s normal that I saw things that were different to what I wanted.
“We need to work to find our confidence and our identity. I am looking to take forward my ideas but the players need to give their best and be willing.”
Iachini expects fellow strugglers Crotone to provide a stern test despite the surprise departure of Davide Nicola in midweek.
“Crotoneare a team we know well regardless of what happened with Nicola in the week.
“Zenga is a great Coach who will bring a lot of enthusiasm to their players.”
